2. Do you have a trusted faith community, church, ministry, or spiritual support system you can turn to during difficult times?
3. Do you feel spiritually prepared to remain anchored in faith and help strengthen your family during a crisis or prolonged period of uncertainty?
4. Does your household have essential first-aid supplies, regularly needed medications, and basic health necessities readily available?
5. Do you have a plan for obtaining necessary medical care, medications, or health support if your usual healthcare access is temporarily disrupted?
6. Do you have enough knowledge and basic resources to manage common minor health needs until professional medical care is available?
7. Do you have healthy strategies for managing stress, fear, uncertainty, and unexpected change?
8. Do you feel able to remain calm, think clearly, and make practical decisions when circumstances become stressful?
9. Do you have trusted people, practices, or resources you can turn to for emotional support during difficult periods?
10. Does your household keep enough food on hand to manage a temporary disruption in normal grocery access?
11. Do you have knowledge or experience with at least one food-resilience skill, such as gardening, growing food, food preservation, farming, raising animals, or long-term food storage?

14. Could your household continue paying essential expenses if your primary income were temporarily interrupted?
15. Do you have a financial plan that addresses spending, debt, savings, emergency reserves, and long-term financial stability?
16. Does your household have a clear plan for emergencies such as severe weather, fire, evacuation, extended outages, or other unexpected disruptions?
17. Do members of your household know where important documents, emergency contacts, essential supplies, and evacuation items are located?
18. Have you taken practical measures to improve the safety and security of your home, property, and household?
19. Does your household have an alternative source of income—or a realistic plan for generating one—if your primary income is disrupted?
20. Do you have useful skills, a business, profession, trade, or other abilities that could help you generate income if circumstances change?
21. Are you actively developing opportunities, skills, investments, or income streams that could strengthen your future financial independence?
22. Does your household have an emergency supply of safe drinking water or a reliable alternative source of water?
23. Do you have a method for filtering, purifying, collecting, or otherwise obtaining safe water if your normal supply is interrupted?
24. Could your household maintain essential functions during an extended power or utility outage using backup lighting, charging, cooking, heating/cooling, power, or other alternatives?
25. Does your family have a preparedness or emergency plan that household members understand?
26. Have you discussed how your family would communicate, where you would meet, and what you would do if family members became separated during an emergency?
27. Does your preparedness plan account for the specific needs of children, older adults, pets, people with disabilities, or anyone else who depends on you?
28. Do you have trusted people nearby—family, neighbors, friends, church members, or others—whom you could rely on during a significant disruption?
29. Are you connected to a community, church, neighborhood, organization, or network that could work together to provide support during difficult circumstances?
